Typically a ‘serviced apartment' is a fully furnished property comprising a lounge, dining area, study, fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom(s)
and en-suite bathroom(s). A top-level standard of serviced apartment will be stylishly
designed to a high spec and will also provide first-rate privacy and security with
sophisticated security systems. Other essentials such as direct dial telephones
and faxes, satellite TV and wireless broadband will also be common-place in good quality properties. As a rule, serviced apartments also offer many hotel-like qualities,
such as a 24-hour concierge desk, daily maid service and in-house maintenance as
standard.
Typically serviced apartments cater for a minimum stay of one week, 22 nights or
90 days and are designed to be equipped for longer stays rather than for stays of

operated on the same basis to booking a hotel room.
